Produce It is production-management software that event and experiential producers use to run their shoots and events. This page explains the texts it sends: who gets them, what they say, how you agree to them and how to stop them.
Who sends the texts
Program: Produce It sends production text messages on behalf of producers to crew and vendors who have agreed to receive them. Your producer is the person who booked you on the production. We never send marketing or promotional texts.
What the texts say
Every text starts with "Produce It:", names the production, links to a page in Produce It and ends with "Reply STOP to opt out." There are three kinds:
- Call sheets: your call time for a shoot or event day, and a link to confirm it. Your producer can also send a reminder. The link always shows the latest details, so a schedule change shows there too.
- Contact details: a link that asks you to confirm or update your own contact details for a production. It works for 5 days.
- Cue sheets: a view-only link to a show's cue sheet, for crew working on the show.
Examples
- "Produce It: Hi Ana Reyes, call sheet for Aurora Launch on 2026-11-14. Your call time: 07:30. Confirm here: [link] Reply STOP to opt out."
- "Produce It: Northlight Events asked you to confirm your contact details for Aurora Launch. This link works for 5 days: [link] Reply STOP to opt out."
- "Produce It: Northlight Events shared the Aurora Launch cue sheet with you (view only): [link] Works until the day after the show. Reply STOP to opt out."
How you agree to texts
A producer can text you only after you've agreed to production texts at that mobile number. You agree in one of two ways:
- On your call-sheet link. The page asks "How do you want to receive updates?" and offers Email, Text and Both, with the note shown below above the buttons. Only tapping Text or Both yourself records that you agreed; a choice left over from an earlier visit doesn't count. The link that asks you to update your contact details offers the same choice, with the same note.
- Through your producer. When a producer books you, you can tell them you agree to production texts at your mobile number. Before any text goes to that number, Produce It asks the producer to confirm that you agreed.
Agreeing to texts is never a condition of working on a production.
The call-sheet confirm page

The note names the last four digits of the number your producer has for you. For a number ending 0148, it reads: "If you tap Text or Both, you agree to get production texts (call sheets, schedule changes and invite links) from Produce It for your producer at your mobile ending 0148. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out." It is followed by links to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
How often, and what it costs
Message frequency varies. It depends on how many productions you're booked on and how often your producer sends call sheets, reminders and links. Msg & data rates may apply.
Help, and stopping texts
- Reply HELP to any text for help. The reply is: "Produce It: production texts sent on behalf of your producer. Questions? Email produceit.support@mkb.consulting. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out." You can also email produceit.support@mkb.consulting.
- Reply STOP to any text to stop them. You get one confirmation, "Produce It: You're unsubscribed and won't get more texts from us. Reply START to resubscribe.", and no more texts.
- Replying STOP also removes your agreement to texts in Produce It, for every producer. Replying START doesn't bring it back: you agree again on a call-sheet link, or tell your producer.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
